This year marks a very special milestone for me — 8 years in business!

I’m incredibly grateful for your trust, your support, and the opportunity to be part of your wellness journey. What started as a passion has grown into something truly meaningful because of clients like you. The last several months have paled in comparison to the last several years. This recent occupation has added to our stress levels more than many things we have endured. We have persisted through construction, riots, civil unrest, more construction, a pandemic, and a hostile occupation by our government. But still, my commitment to this community is resilient and I am awestruck by your commitment and continued support for small business and supporting local.
